Role Overview

The Inside Territory Account Manager will be responsible for managing the UK region. The focus will be on retaining an assigned portfolio of customers while actively seeking new business prospects within both existing and new accounts throughout the UK territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within Bitdefender's Enterprise segment, targeting customers within the dedicated employee band in the UK.
  • Ensure renewal and retention of the current UK customer portfolio.
  • Upsell to existing clients through product displacements and introducing new services.
  • Collaborate effectively with Field Sales, Reseller Managers, headquarters sales support, and channel partners to enhance product expertise, increase market reach of Bitdefender security solutions, and adapt sales and channel development strategies to surpass revenue and booking targets.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
  • Provide precise weekly sales forecasts, monitored through monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to secure future revenues, tracked via regular KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and pipeline information diligently.
  • Promptly manage qualified sales leads.
  • Engage channel partners and resellers to manage and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the partner ecosystem to ensure optimal coverage, including partner recruitment, onboarding, training, and development across the UK.
  • Communicate compelling value propositions to clients that directly address their needs.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams such as inside sales, channel engineering, field marketing, cybersecurity specialists, and sales operations to meet quotas.
  • Participate in regional marketing initiatives and actively promote event and webinar attendance.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and technical proficiency to overcome objections.
  • Develop and implement cold-calling strategies to target prospective clients.
  • Proactively uncover new business opportunities within existing accounts utilizing cold calls, emails, marketing leads, and prospecting tools.
  • Identify referral opportunities from both existing and potential clients.
