Role Overview
We are seeking motivated, confident, and goal-oriented individuals to join our Talent Management team remotely. As an Influencer Talent Manager focusing on the Sports Division, you will collaborate directly with influencers and brands to secure partnerships, nurture long-lasting relationships, and expand your personal portfolio. This role is commission-only, reflecting your performance with earnings ranging from £2,000 to £14,000+ monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit promising emerging influencers primarily on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube within the UK and US markets.
- Initiate sales outreach and conduct onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with influencers while providing ongoing support throughout various campaigns and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate and oversee influencer-brand collaborations to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution.
- Engage in brand outreach by connecting with brands suited to your influencer roster and securing paid collaborations.
- Participate actively in team strategy discussions held twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.
