Role Overview
We are seeking motivated, confident, and ambitious Talent Managers to join our team remotely. In this commission-based position, you will work closely with influencers and brands to facilitate partnerships, nurture long-term relationships, and grow your portfolio. Earnings are performance-driven with the potential to make between $2,000 and $14,000 or more monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit emerging influencers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, primarily within the UK and US markets.
- Conduct outreach and onboarding calls for creators interested in partnering with Stride Social.
- Manage and support influencers throughout their campaigns and collaborations to ensure success.
- Coordinate influencer-brand campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and positive outcomes.
- Engage with relevant brands to secure paid campaign opportunities aligned with your talent roster.
- Collaborate with the internal team through biweekly strategy meetings on Mondays and Fridays.
