Role Overview
Stride Social is seeking an ambitious and confident Influencer Talent Manager focused on agriculture and outdoors creators. This is a remote opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in influencer marketing while earning through commission rather than a fixed salary.
The role is designed for people who enjoy networking, creator outreach, and relationship-building, and who are motivated by performance-based income. High performers can earn between £2,000 and £14,000+ per month. You can work from anywhere and set your own schedule.

What You Will Do
- Identify and approach emerging creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, especially within the UK and US markets.
- Reach out to creators and run onboarding conversations with those interested in joining the agency.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers throughout campaigns and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate creator-brand collaborations so that campaigns progress efficiently and deliver successful outcomes.
- Contact brands that fit the talent roster and support efforts to secure paid partnerships.
- Work with the wider team during weekly strategy meetings held every Monday and Friday.
Compensation and Working Style
This position is entirely commission-based, so there is no guaranteed fixed salary. Income depends on the partnerships and deals you help generate. Earnings are uncapped, and top performers may earn £2,000 to £14,000+ per month.
The role is fully remote, offers flexible working with no set hours, and allows you to join within 7 to 30 days.
