Overview
TalentPop App is looking for an Influencer Partnerships Specialist to help create creator-led campaigns that contribute directly to growth for e-commerce brands. This role is focused on building meaningful partnerships, not just running promotions, and it suits someone who can connect the right influencers with the right message to produce measurable business outcomes.
The ideal person is comfortable taking ownership, working quickly, and handling campaign execution in a way that makes a real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning through completion.
- Find, evaluate, and onboard creators whose audience and style fit brand objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with influencers and other partners.
- Write clear campaign briefs that help creators deliver strong content.
- Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and campaign progress with limited oversight.
- Monitor results, interpret performance data, and use insights to improve future campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams so that campaigns stay aligned and effective.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- Prior experience running campaigns and understanding what improves outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with creators and external partners.
- Good knowledge of social platforms, trending content, and creator communities.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with performance analysis.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Technical Requirements
- Access to a personal PC or laptop that can support multiple tools and platforms.
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
