Role Overview
This hybrid position requires presence three days a week at the London (Marylebone) office and two days working remotely. The Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist will contribute strategically to influencer marketing initiatives, managing campaigns and expanding Morphe's influencer footprint. Reporting to the Head of PR & Influencer Relations for UK and EMEA, the role involves collaboration across agencies and internal teams including retail, education, operations, and wholesale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns for UK, Ireland, and European markets aligning with brand objectives and industry trends.
- Foster enduring relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all regional markets.
- Collaborate with global social teams to synchronize influencer marketing efforts and talent selection with brand goals.
- Manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns, including talent curation, negotiation of terms, legal contracts, briefing, and content oversight.
- Maintain and grow influencer databases through Creator IQ and other channels, scouting new talent and reinforcing core partnerships.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using data analytics to optimize strategies and report ROI and share of voice to stakeholders.
- Supervise influencer marketing agencies and junior team members under the Head of PR/IR.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platforms, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Support retail marketing efforts such as events and exclusive content aligned with channel and regional goals.
- Lead organic influencer activations, including mailer production and community events across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
- Coordinate sample requests and deliveries efficiently with PR agencies and internal teams across UK and EMEA, handling inventory management and stock organization for PR and IR materials.
- Partner with leadership to organize and execute PR & IR events, launches, retailer collaborations, and VIP appearances, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Communicate regularly with global and local teams and agencies to ensure alignment and flow of information.
- Assist in optimizing paid social campaigns to amplify influencer-generated content and extend audience reach.
Required Skills and Experience
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-driven, able to follow guidance and work independently.
- Proficient with influencer marketing platforms such as Tribe, Traackr, or Creator IQ.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders locally and remotely.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with a proactive and positive approach.
- Team player who is results-focused, motivated, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Keen interest and passion for beauty industry trends and the UK/EU influencer landscape.
- 3 to 4 years of PR, communications, or influencer relations experience, preferably within product agencies or in-house teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, calm under pressure with excellent time management and prioritization.
- Advocate for the company’s vision and culture with the ability to communicate brand messaging broadly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
Work Patterns
- Required to work in the London office three days per week.
- Availability for attendance at influencer events both domestically and abroad as necessary.
