Role Overview
The Account Supervisor will spearhead strategic client partnerships and deliver high-impact influencer marketing programs. This senior role involves owning key accounts, shaping integrated strategies, managing cross-functional execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes, mentoring account teams, and fostering trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned to client goals to generate measurable ROI.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships as a strategic advisor.
- Lead business reviews and campaign reporting translating data into actionable insights.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities collaboratively with Sales and Strategy teams.
- Contribute client insights to RFPs and new business pitches.
- Coordinate execution of multiple influencer campaigns ensuring quality, compliance, and impact.
- Guide Account Managers on client communications and daily tasks.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables per client commitments.
- Ensure campaigns comply with FTC rules and platform standards while maintaining creativity.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate across Social, Strategy, Creator Success, Paid Media, Product, and Sales for seamless campaign delivery.
- Represent client and influencer feedback for platform improvements and future strategies.
- Lead and mentor account teams fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Proactively manage risks and remove obstacles to team success.
- Stay current on industry trends, platforms, and cultural shifts to innovate client approaches.
- Develop internal processes ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign roles with client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategy and achieve brand objectives.
- Experience managing and coaching account teams including performance reviews.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer best practices, and compliance.
- Data-oriented mindset able to convert metrics into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation and Workplace
The role offers a salary range between $115,000 and $140,000 OTE (On Target Earnings), reflecting base plus commission/variable components. Compensation is regularly evaluated based on market data, geography, role scope, and performance.
