Job Summary

The role of the Tele Collection Executive involves actively reaching out to customers who have overdue payments to recover outstanding debts effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers via outbound calls to collect pending payments.
• Engage customers professionally using scripted dialogues or customized conversations.
• Reach out through multiple communication means such as phone, email, and SMS.
• Evaluate customer's financial condition and suggest viable payment options.
• Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or alternatives to resolve debts.
• Inform customers about various payment methods and assist in selecting the best option.
• Maintain and update records related to customer accounts, including payment history and contact details.
• Document collection activities meticulously through detailed reports.
• Handle challenging or upset customers with patience and professionalism.
• Develop rapport to encourage customers' cooperation and commitment towards clearing dues.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets set for collections.
• Refine collection techniques continuously to enhance effectiveness.
