About the Role
This opportunity is for the position of Associate in an Outbound Voice Process handling for a reputed banking client. The job involves engaging in outbound calls to customers aimed at sales, lead generation, customer activation, and retention. The role is based in an office setting with a structured career path that includes transitioning from payroll under HGS to direct payroll with the bank after one year based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for sales and lead generation purposes.
- Activate and retain customers through effective communication and service.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess clear and effective communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferable but not mandatory.
- Be customer-oriented and focused on achieving targets.
- Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
