International BPO Executive - US Health Insurance Lead Generation

About the Role

We are seeking candidates for an International BPO Executive position focused on generating leads for health insurance plans targeting US customers. This role involves outbound calls to potential clients to educate them about various health insurance options, assess their eligibility, and arrange appointments with licensed agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to prospective US clients based on provided contact lists.
• Clearly communicate details of different health insurance plans, their benefits, and coverage.
• Assess and qualify leads according to customer requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for licensed insurance agents or the sales team.
• Accurately maintain and update lead information within the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills with a neutral accent preferred to engage US customers effectively.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and attentive listening abilities.
• Education qualification of at least 12th grade pass or graduation.
• Open to freshers and professionals with up to three years of experience in international BPO or telecalling roles.
• Basic computer proficiency including usage of CRM software and internet navigation.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹24,000.
• Additional incentives possible from ₹5,000 up to ₹50,000 or more monthly based on lead generation performance.

Work Schedule

This position requires working on the US night shift schedule from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
