Academic Counsellor – Digital Sales

About the Company and Role

This position is with Vedantu, managed under NetAmbit Infosource And E Services Private Limited's payroll, located at the NetAmbit office with on-site work requirements. The role of Academic Counsellor involves digital sales and focuses on guiding prospective students and parents about educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce education programs.
• Advise and counsel students and their parents to understand their learning needs.
• Provide detailed explanations about Vedantu's learning solutions.
• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions effectively.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and keep track of follow-up activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should have completed graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
• Prior experience ranging from freshers (with good communication skills) up to 4 years is acceptable.
• Must possess strong English communication abilities.
• Should have skills in sales, counselling, negotiation, and persuasion.
• Should be driven by goals with a target-oriented approach.

Working Hours and Schedule

The work schedule is from 10 AM to 7 PM, six days a week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being mandatory working days. One weekday off is provided.
