About the Company
Netambit Infosource And E Services Private Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join their sales team as Business Development Executives focusing on Google Pay product deployment across Odisha.
Job Responsibilities
The core responsibility is to canvass local shops within your assigned area, installing Google Pay Sound Box and QR codes, and reactivating shops that have become inactive with the service. This involves moving shop-to-shop to facilitate installation and revisits to increase usage and adoption.
Job Details and Compensation
- Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Process Focus: Google Pay Sound Box & QR code installation and shop revisits
- Location: Across Bhubaneswar and Odisha
- Salary: Monthly package of 30,000 INR CTC plus performance incentives
Performance Targets & Incentives
- Monthly target: complete 300 assigned tasks
- Incentive structure:
- 100 INR per point earned
- Points per task type:
- Sound box installation: 2 points
- Shop revisit: 1 point
- Seller onboarding: 1.5 points
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed at least 12th grade education. The role is location-specific requiring presence within Odisha and Bhubaneswar regions.
