About the Role

Join us in shaping the future of pain management by ensuring top quality standards across our clinical trials. You will play an integral role in actively developing our Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA) system, promptly detecting risks, and guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements. If you are ready to take responsibility and truly make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, maintenance, and enhancement of our Clinical Quality Assurance system.
  • Focus on identifying, documenting, assessing, and following up on protocol deviations and non-compliance issues at study centers.
  • Detect emerging trends early to implement preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with external service providers such as monitoring CROs to prevent and resolve non-compliance through development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Clinical Operations team on all center-related Good Clinical Practice (GCP) topics.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Possesses at least one year of prior experience in clinical research and quality assurance, ideally with prior CRA experience.
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of ICH GCP E6 guidelines and related regulations.
  • Experience in designing and improving corporate processes.
  • Works independently, with a results-oriented and structured approach.
  • Fluent in both German and English at a minimum C1 proficiency level.
