As part of the Rhythm Management division, this position involves daily support within hospital Cath Labs or operating rooms, aiding healthcare professionals during electrophysiology procedures and providing clinical training on our product portfolio.

This opportunity is a fixed 12-month contract commencing on September 1, 2026, with work locations including Jena, Erfurt, Leipzig, Ilmenau, or Berlin, Germany. Candidates may be offered permanent roles upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct clinical assistance to customers during cases using Boston Scientific products and services
  • Provide education to healthcare providers to optimize usage of products
  • Engage with customers from both clinical and technical perspectives through professional interactions
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Continuously educate hospital personnel
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and commercial teams to support and implement sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts by understanding clinicians’ needs and challenges through clinical value selling
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the local market and regional influences on customers
  • Monitor competitor products within your specialty and advise customers accordingly
  • Actively participate in account planning sessions with the sales and clinical teams

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • Recent graduate (2025 or 2026) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, related scientific fields, or Nursing specializing in Cardiology
  • Proficient in both German and English languages (level B2/C1)
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany with potential trips lasting up to a week
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, proactivity, strong communication skills, and team collaboration
  • Exhibit flexibility in working hours due to frequently changing daily schedules
