About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and client-centered Sales Representative to enhance our footprint within the healthcare sector by establishing solid customer partnerships, advocating innovative medical devices, and providing excellent clinical assistance. Responsibilities
- Regularly engages with current and prospective clients such as physicians, hospital healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers to assess their clinical requirements, objectives, and limitations regarding patient care. Promotes our product range aiming to meet agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Drives market growth initiatives including the acquisition of new customers within designated areas and collaborates closely with distributor reps to expand business collectively.
- Conducts educational sessions for customers and distributors on product benefits and correct clinical application through diverse methods including presentations and demonstrations across multiple platforms and settings.
- Acts as an expert on Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC) products, offering clinical support and troubleshooting assistance during hospital case coverage.
- Supports sales operations by coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to streamline efforts.
- Addresses customer issues and feedback proactively by understanding their perspectives and formulating effective solutions.
- Keeps updated with evolving industry and market trends by attending relevant meetings, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions to promote company products and services effectively.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree, ideally in a medically related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with preference for those experienced in medical device sales.
- A proactive approach combined with teamwork capabilities and eagerness to continuously learn.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
