About the Role
Join us in shaping the future of pain therapy by ensuring the highest quality standards in our clinical trials. This position involves active development and management of our Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA) system, early risk detection, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvements and embed quality throughout all processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, maintenance, and enhancement of our CQA system.
- Focus on identifying, documenting, assessing, and resolving protocol deviations and non-compliances at study sites.
- Detect trends early to implement preventive actions proactively.
- Coordinate with external service providers such as monitoring CROs to prevent and address non-compliances through developing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) measures.
- Act as a collaborative partner with the Clinical Operations team on all site-related GCP (Good Clinical Practice) issues.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Medicine, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in clinical research and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of ICH GCP E6 guidelines and related regulations.
- Experience in designing and improving company processes.
- Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented and structured approach.
- Fluent German and English skills at a negotiation level (at least C1).
