Role overview

Globevisa Group is hiring an Immigration Specialist in Singapore to support client-facing immigration and documentation work. The position involves close coordination with sales consultants and clients, along with administrative handling of application materials and related service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Support frontline sales consultants with checking and preparing documents.
  • Handle tailored paperwork services for clients.
  • Prepare and submit immigration and application documents on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain regular professional communication with clients.
  • Join clients on local field visits when required.
  • Identify client needs and investigate relevant programmes.
  • Help the team stay aligned with client targets.
  • Promote programmes across social media channels such as Facebook and WeChat.

Skills and requirements

  • Diploma or degree qualification is required.
  • Strong English and Mandarin communication ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
  • Quick to respond and adaptable in a changing work environment.
  • Strong communication, people-handling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Good planning and organisational capabilities.
  • Photo or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
