This position sits within a company rethinking corporate relocation as a more human, high-quality, and comfortable experience for employees moving across the world. You will contribute to relocation projects that make transitions easier for travelling employees and help create benefits for communities and the environment. The organisation values integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference.
What youโll do
- Search for accommodation options and recommend the most suitable choices based on each clientโs needs, preferences, and budget.
- Manage the complete reservation journey, from choosing a property through to final confirmation.
- Serve as the primary contact before and throughout a guestโs stay to keep everything running smoothly.
- Prepare accurate, tailored quotations that reflect each guestโs specific requirements.
- Handle all client communication in a clear, kind, and empathetic manner.
- Take part in an emergency support rota for one week each month to provide assistance outside standard working hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation suppliers and housing partners.
- Negotiate rates and terms that work well for both guests and partners while supporting ethical and sustainable travel practices.
Working hours
This is a remote, night-shift position based in Singapore and aligned to US time zones. Candidates can choose one of the following shifts and should mention their preference in the application:
- 9:00 pm to 6:00 am SGT
- 5:00 am to 2:00 pm SGT
Work timings may shift slightly during summer and winter because of daylight saving changes.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English skills; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
- Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing environment.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities while staying composed under pressure.
- Well-developed organisation and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in Singapore.

- Monthly salary in the range of SG$ 3,000 to SG$ 4,500.
