Globevisa Group is hiring an Immigration Specialist in Singapore to support client-facing immigration and documentation work. The position involves close coordination with sales consultants and clients, along with administrative handling of application materials and related service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support frontline sales consultants with checking and preparing documents.
- Handle tailored paperwork services for clients.
- Prepare and submit immigration and application documents on behalf of clients.
- Maintain regular professional communication with clients.
- Join clients on local field visits when required.
- Identify client needs and investigate relevant programmes.
- Help the team stay aligned with client targets.
- Promote programmes across social media channels such as Facebook and WeChat.
Skills and requirements
- Diploma or degree qualification is required.
- Strong English and Mandarin communication ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
- Quick to respond and adaptable in a changing work environment.
- Strong communication, people-handling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good planning and organisational capabilities.
- Photo or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
