About the Role

Become an essential member of the hygiene team at Sofina Foods, ensuring cleanliness and compliance in our food production settings. This full-time position involves working night shifts in a two-week rotating schedule at our Livingston, Scotland location. Your commitment will uphold a safe and hygienic production environment adhering to rigorous food safety and regulatory standards.

Working Hours and Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Monday 18:30 to 06:00; Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30
• Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30; Saturday 18:30 to 06:00

Key Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled cleaning of production areas, equipment, and facilities thoroughly
• Maintain hygiene standards consistent with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to sustain a clean, safe, and productive workplace
• Adhere strictly to cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles, preferably within food production
• Availability to work night shifts on a consistent full-time basis
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for upholding standards
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team environment
