About the Role
Become an essential member of the hygiene team at Sofina Foods, ensuring cleanliness and compliance in our food production settings. This full-time position involves working night shifts in a two-week rotating schedule at our Livingston, Scotland location. Your commitment will uphold a safe and hygienic production environment adhering to rigorous food safety and regulatory standards.
Working Hours and Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday 18:30 to 06:00; Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30
- Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30; Saturday 18:30 to 06:00
Key Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled cleaning of production areas, equipment, and facilities thoroughly
- Maintain hygiene standards consistent with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to sustain a clean, safe, and productive workplace
- Adhere strictly to cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning roles, preferably within food production
- Availability to work night shifts on a consistent full-time basis
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for upholding standards
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team environment
