Role Overview
We are searching for a detail-focused and self-starting Human Resources Executive to support all facets of HR management throughout the employee lifecycle. This position ensures seamless daily HR operations, compliance with employment laws, and a consistent experience for employees. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People & Culture, the role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team to contribute to daily activities and ongoing projects aimed at standardizing and improving HR processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily People & Culture operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee lifecycle tasks.
- Maintain precise employee information and records adhering to Indian labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and employee communications.
- Ensure prompt updates and accurate reporting of HR data.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to support attendance monitoring.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, addressing questions about policies, procedures, and benefits professionally and promptly.
- Provide necessary data inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for India, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, interview scheduling, negotiating salaries, and issuing offers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation diligently.
- Assist employee engagement initiatives focused on improving retention and workplace experience.
- Administer employee benefits such as insurance, incentives, and perks.
- Coordinate feedback cycles and follow-up actions to nurture employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to HR projects related to process improvements and system upgrades, including HRIS implementation.
- Help standardize and enhance HR process efficiency across the organization.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, People & Culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Indian labor legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and dependable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Information
Compensation: Up to 570000 per annum.
Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India with willingness to travel as needed.
