Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle in Singapore, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inter-company transactions, and month-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review management reports and schedules to meet internal deadlines.
• Oversee daily finance operations such as vendor payments, billing, collections, and staff claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to controls.
• Monitor cash flow, plan payments, and forecast financial needs to maintain visibility of forthcoming cash requirements.
• Support revenue tracking for each service line by monitoring billing progress, analyzing recoverability, and following up on unbilled work.
• Prepare GST filings, tax schedules, assist with local audit requests, and manage other statutory compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, group finance teams, and vendors on various finance-related concerns.
• Undertake ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of three years' relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong teamwork abilities with excellent analytical skills, follow-up, and time management.
• Capability to perform effectively under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn continuously.
