HR Specialist (Saudi National)

Role Overview

ALBAIK Food Systems Co. is seeking an HR Specialist to strengthen talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives. This role supports day-to-day people operations and contributes to business growth as well as a better employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, arranging interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Support hiring for both technical and business-related roles across multiple departments.
• Develop and keep active talent pools using different sourcing methods and recruitment channels.
• Assist with employee engagement programs, internal events, communication efforts, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Create and update HR reports, dashboards, recruitment statistics, and workforce information using Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
• Contribute to HR projects, process enhancement efforts, and organizational development activities.
• Carry out field visits and provide HR assistance across different locations when needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a similar discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and hiring for technical and business roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Professional fluency in both English and Arabic.

Additional Information

This position is intended for Saudi nationals and is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time, onsite role.
