Position Overview

As an HR Specialist for the Premium Accounts within the Merchant Business Unit, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR operations aligned with the business needs, closely coordinating with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align workforce planning with the annual operating plan and organizational structure considerations including hierarchies and span of control.
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to explore diverse recruitment channels to source suitable candidates.
  • Participate in profile assessments, interview processes, and coordinate offer rollouts alongside recruitment partners.
  • Manage performance management cycles, conducting regular reviews and final evaluations adhering to set timelines for the designated region.
  • Address and support low performers through manager consultations and performance improvement plans; monitor progress and take necessary measures if no improvement is observed.
  • Drive organizational health and manager connect surveys ensuring full participation from the assigned areas when required.
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful engagement with employees of assigned business groups, fostering strong individual connections.
  • Analyze frontline attrition, formulate corrective measures to enhance employee retention.
  • Conduct regular visits to regional sales offices, interact directly with employees to understand concerns and business dynamics.
  • Attend sales review meetings and participate in onsite market visits.
  • Interpret organizational HR policies clearly, resolving employee queries promptly within stipulated timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA with specialization in Human Resources.
  • 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in startup environments is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and modern HR practices.
  • Demonstrated high ownership and execution rigor to complete tasks efficiently.
