Role Summary

This pivotal position, reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations for Time & Attendance (T&A), involves leading the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team. The role focuses on planning, implementation, and service delivery within an expanding global employment environment spanning over 80 countries. The team acts as a vital extension of clients' HR functions, providing expertise in global employment compliance, driving technological innovation, and continuously improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed Time & Attendance team to build high performance and foster a culture of excellence and innovation across borders.
  • Manage performance evaluations and align individual and team objectives with organizational goals through ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and support professional growth of regional team members.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complex and escalated employee relations cases related to timekeeping, wage-hour laws, and disciplinary procedures within various APAC jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Employee Relations teams to refine and optimize T&A processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and identify automation opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability within the Lifecycle T&A team.
  • Ensure compliant and timely delivery of T&A services in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of employee data and sensitive information in compliance with established protocols.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and lead resolution of escalated T&A issues, including internal investigations and implementation of remedial measures to foster compliance and operational growth.
  • Champion responsible adoption and scaling of AI-driven tools and automation initiatives within the T&A team, maintaining data governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience managing and coaching distributed international teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in HR operations across multiple countries, particularly within APAC.
  • Expertise in Time & Attendance regulatory compliance, wage-hour laws, complex policy exceptions, and disciplinary processes.
  • Practical understanding of APAC labor laws related to T&A case resolution and policy management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement in SLA/KPI-driven settings.
  • Technical proficiency with digital tools focused on process optimization and automation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data confidentiality and handle sensitive T&A cases with professionalism.
  • Preferred: Start-up experience, remote working exposure, and knowledge of additional languages beyond English.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is between $48,850 and $109,900 USD, with exact compensation based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market conditions. The company ensures fair and equitable pay practices globally and fosters internal mobility for employee growth.
