Role Overview
The HR Compliance Leader role involves overseeing comprehensive adherence to Saudi labor regulations and associated governmental requirements across all facets of HR operations. This position is tailored for a professional with extensive hands-on experience interpreting and implementing labor legislation within multinational IT or technology environments and collaborating closely with business units to foster compliant and efficient HR procedures.
Key Duties
- Oversee and ensure HR compliance within Saudi Arabia, strictly following Saudi Labor Law and associated regulations, including GOSI, MHRSD, and Saudization mandates.
- Analyze changes in labor regulations to develop and implement effective HR policies and workflows.
- Offer expert guidance on various employee lifecycle aspects such as recruitment processes, contract management, terminations, disciplinary procedures, compensation, and end-of-service benefits.
- Lead compliance audits, risk assessments, and initiatives aimed at mitigating potential HR-related risks.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including business leadership, legal teams, finance departments, and external agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Manage reporting mechanisms, governance meetings, and escalation processes to support compliance assurance.
- Champion localization strategies and foster awareness regarding applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a Saudi national.
- 8 to 10 years of demonstrated HR compliance experience within multinational IT or technology organizations.
- Deep knowledge and practical application of Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience conducting regulatory compliance audits and managing compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with government portals and mandatory statutory obligations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for effective data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
