  • Drive programs that improve employee engagement, well-being, teamwork, and inclusion across the workplace.
  • Guide managers through employee relations matters such as workplace issues, investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and complaints.
  • Track compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal policies, making sure governance, records, and documentation standards are met.
  • Help manage reward-related activities such as compensation reviews, incentive planning, and employee benefits administration.
  • Work with regional and global HR teams to roll out enterprise people initiatives and other strategic programs.
  • Support change and transformation efforts, including restructuring, process improvement, organizational transitions, and business integration work.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and metrics so the business has reliable insights for decision-making.

  • Good working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and current HR practices.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders, build trust, influence outcomes, and work across different levels of the organization.
  • Practical experience handling sensitive employee relations issues with discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with varied stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret workforce information and turn it into actionable advice.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with resilience and adaptability.
  • Regional or multi-country HR exposure will be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting transformation, change management, or business integration initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, digital HR tools, and workforce platforms is beneficial.
  • Exposure to leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, and succession strategies is useful.
  • Understanding of HR governance, operating models, and best practices in multinational organizations is valuable.
