Assistant Manager/ Manager, Global HR - Talent Management (Global HQ)

About the Role

Ocean Network Express is seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager for Global HR focusing on Talent Management at their Global Headquarters in Singapore. This full-time onsite role is within the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support the implementation and enhancement of the company’s global talent strategy, including annual talent reviews, calibrations, talent rotations, succession planning, talent development, and career management programs.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in talent management strategies to strengthen the internal leadership pipeline across various global levels.
• Work jointly to automate processes and create dashboards for talent management and succession planning.
• Contribute to HR transformation projects, such as succession planning methodologies and the development of a competency framework aligned with the ONE Global Talent Pool.
• Partner closely with Global HR teams and regional headquarters stakeholders to deliver integrated talent management, career mobility, and development programs.
• Support initiatives related to ONE Academy, talent development, and employee engagement activities.
• Participate in additional HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field, preferably Human Resources.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience in Talent Management or at least 7 years in broader Human Resources roles.
• Strong communication skills capable of working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and capability to operate across different job functions and organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Google Suite tools is preferred.
