About the Role

MBRF is inviting experienced HR professionals to contribute to a global food business that touches the daily lives of families worldwide. This position is based in the Jeddah factory and focuses on partnering with business leaders to shape workforce plans, strengthen talent processes, and support a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business leaders to forecast current and future talent needs, workforce demand, and capability gaps.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans, recruitment approaches, and onboarding timelines that match business priorities and budget limits.
  • Coordinate with different departments to make sure HR practices support overall business objectives.
  • Assist in workforce planning and long-term people strategies to prepare the organization for future needs.
  • Help design and roll out initiatives that attract, grow, and retain employees.
  • Support recognition and incentive programs that improve employee engagement.
  • Make sure employees understand company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Respond to employee queries and support cases related to grievances, discipline, and performance/capability management.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure adherence to internal compliance requirements.
  • Compile and review HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Assist in communicating HR policies and plans, and keep managers and employees informed about updates or changes.
  • Take part in team meetings, provide HR advice, and support internal events and engagement activities.

Required Profile

  • A university degree in human resources or a closely related discipline is required.
  • The role calls for 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills are expected, including MS Office and ERP-based HRIS systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and native-level Arabic are both essential.

  • Good working knowledge of key HR areas such as compensation, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law/regulations.
