Lancemore Lindenderry Hotel is seeking dedicated housekeeping staff to join a welcoming and professional team in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to earn extra income casually or start a career in hospitality. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, assisting with linen distribution, and operating in a dynamic and energetic environment.
Key Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms on a daily basis to the highest standard.
- Keep public areas spotless and support linen delivery tasks within the housekeeping department.
- Adapt to a variety of shifts including day, night, weekend, and public holiday rosters within a seven-day operation to accommodate personal commitments.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Previous experience in high-quality cleaning or customer service roles is valued but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and energized by a demanding, active role that helps maintain physical well-being.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently ensuring quality standards.
- Driven by challenges, prideful of work, and focused on exceptional guest service.
- Presentable with a positive attitude and readiness to contribute effectively to the team.
