Role Overview
The Host/ess serves as the first welcoming face at the hotel’s dining venues, offering a warm greeting and efficient guest seating. You will handle reservation coordination and respond promptly to guest questions, always maintaining professionalism to guarantee an outstanding customer experience aligned with Four Seasons standards.
Your friendly demeanor and attentive care will set the tone for guests’ visits. Responsibilities encompass managing guest arrivals and seating arrangements smoothly, acting as a crucial link between the hotel’s front of house and patrons.
Facilities
The hotel provides several dining options including three premier restaurants with a combined capacity of 250 seats. It also hosts extensive event spaces totaling 7,213 square meters ideal for varied events. In addition, the property features a luxurious spa and wellness center with multiple dedicated treatment rooms and fitness facilities, supported by a specialized team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Role exclusively open to Saudi nationals supporting national workforce initiatives.
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent experience required.
- Between six months to one year of experience in restaurants or food and beverage settings preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, Four Seasons service standards, and hotel environment necessary.
- Proficiency in using computers and reservation management systems expected.
- Strong English communication skills, including reading, speaking, and writing.
