About The Role
As a Host at Louis Vuitton, you will embody the brand's spirit, serving as the initial welcoming figure for clients, setting the tone for their visit. You will engage with clients through attentive listening to understand their requirements and guide them thoughtfully through the store's various departments. Collaborating closely with store managers and sales teams, you will enliven the customer waiting experience, ensuring they receive personalized attention by inviting them to register for appointments when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients courteously and professionally to create a positive initial impression of the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Ensure each client enjoys a unique and luxurious visit, managing the queue actively and providing warm farewells.
- Assess client needs effectively and guide them to the appropriate store departments or personnel, including throughout Harrods.
- Administer the daily client appointment schedule and promote the appointment service proactively.
- Support store management in managing client flow and animating waiting areas efficiently.
- Collaborate with the broader store team to maintain a seamless client experience aligned with Louis Vuitton's high standards.
- Offer clients recommendations on local venues, events, and cultural attractions.
- Assist with special events based on operational requirements.
- Develop relationships with key Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Perform other store-related administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Background in concierge, hosting, VIP relations, or hospitality management.
- Proven success in client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in handling difficult conversations and conflict resolution while maintaining a calm environment.
- Strong knowledge of the local area and current events.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Able to manage and prioritize competing tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of multitasking efficiently.
