Your Role as a Barista

As a Starbucks Barista, you will deliver the signature Starbucks Experience by providing exceptional service and crafting premium beverages and food. Working in a vibrant store setting, you'll hone your skills, collaborate with colleagues, and connect with a diverse clientele, making every interaction potentially the highlight of someone’s day.

Experience and Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary—training is provided.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Adhere to store standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Engage customers thoughtfully, understanding and responding to their needs effectively.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes.
• Perform a variety of duties during shifts as required.

Skills and Abilities

• Quick learner with the ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Strong interpersonal skills facilitating teamwork and relationship-building.
