About the Role

We are seeking seasoned hospitality professionals to join our Italian cuisine restaurants under Withstand Group, a prominent hospitality enterprise in Qatar. Candidates with a background in culinary arts specializing in Italian dishes or customer service within hospitality are encouraged to apply. Positions and Salaries

• Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine: QAR 4,500
• Chef de Partie (CDP) – Italian Cuisine: QAR 3,000
• Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,400
• Commis I – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,200
• Commis II – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,000
• Commis III – Italian Cuisine: QAR 1,800
• Waitress: QAR 1,800

Key Duties

Kitchen Staff (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, Commis I/II/III):

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes following established recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to food presentation, portion sizes, and hygiene standards consistent with HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage food stock, and oversee inventory levels.
• Support menu development and daily kitchen workflow.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to deliver prompt service.

Waitress:

• Greet customers and deliver courteous, professional service.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Address guest queries and resolve issues amicably.
• Maintain the tidiness of dining areas to ensure a superior guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred diploma or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related disciplines.
• Mandatory hospitality industry experience.
• Italian cuisine expertise is compulsory for all kitchen roles including Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, and Commis levels I to III.
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous.
• Experience working within the GCC region is a plus.
