• Chef de Partie (CDP) – Italian Cuisine: QAR 3000
• Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2400
• Commis I – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2200
• Commis II – Italian Cuisine: QAR 2000
• Commis III – Italian Cuisine: QAR 1800
• Waitress: QAR 1800

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Positions (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, Commis I/II/III): Prepare authentic Italian dishes following company recipes and quality benchmarks; ensure proper food presentation and portion control; maintain hygiene and adhere to HACCP food safety standards; monitor ingredient stock and kitchen inventory; support menu planning and daily kitchen operations; and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely service.
• Waitress Responsibilities: Greet and attend to guests professionally; accurately record food and beverage orders; serve items while upholding high service standards; address customer queries and resolve issues diplomatically; maintain cleanliness in the dining area ensuring a pleasant guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
• Mandatory hospitality industry experience.
• For culinary roles, experience specifically with Italian cuisine is required.
• Prior employment in restaurants or hotels is favored.
• Having experience working in GCC countries is an advantage.
