Available Positions and Salaries

• Sous Chef - Italian Cuisine: QAR 4,500
• Chef de Partie (CDP) - Italian Cuisine: QAR 3,000
• Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,400
• Commis I - Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,200
• Commis II - Italian Cuisine: QAR 2,000
• Commis III - Italian Cuisine: QAR 1,800
• Waitress: QAR 1,800

Responsibilities

Kitchen Roles (Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, Commis I/II/III):

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes adhering to standardized recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Manage food presentation, portioning, and upholding restaurant quality standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Oversee ingredient quality, inventory levels, and kitchen stock management.
• Support menu development and participate in daily culinary operations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain prompt service.

Waitress Role:

• Greet guests warmly and deliver professional service experiences.
• Accurately record and relay food and drink orders to relevant departments.
• Serve menu items with high standards of hospitality.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior hospitality industry experience is compulsory.
• Extensive experience with Italian cuisine is required for all kitchen-based roles.
• Exposure to restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous.
• Experience working in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is a plus.
