About the role
Mercor works with top creative and technical professionals and pairs them with leading AI research teams. The company is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors such as Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
Position
This opening is for a real estate, hospitality, and events evaluator who will review AI-generated work and assess it using role-specific quality standards.
Compensation
The pay rate for this contract role is $80 to $120 per hour.
Location
This is a fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-created outputs and judge them against industry-specific quality criteria.
- Spot problems related to accuracy, visual appeal, and presentation.
- Write feedback that is clear, organized, and actionable.
- Work autonomously and on your own schedule while helping improve model quality.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 5 years of professional experience in real estate, hospitality, or events. Strong English fluency is required, either native or professional-level. Advanced skill with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides, is also expected.
Preferred background
A master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
