Role Overview
The position is for a Generalist focused on English and Punjabi language work. It is a contract engagement offered on a remote basis, with compensation set between $15 and $20 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Check facts using reliable public sources along with supporting external tools.
- Create high-quality human evaluation data by spotting strong responses, improvement opportunities, and factual errors.
- Review outputs for reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness.
- Confirm that responses follow expected conversational behavior and system instructions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to better AI model performance.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- You must be a native Punjabi speaker.
- Substantial hands-on experience with large language models is needed.
- You should have strong English writing ability.
- High attention to detail is essential.
- A background in work that requires structured analytical thinking is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to RLHF, model evaluation, or data annotation tasks.
- Experience producing or editing polished written content.
- Practice comparing multiple responses and making careful qualitative judgments.
