About the Role
This position calls for an Albanian bilingual expert to perform transcription and linguistic analysis tasks remotely on a part-time basis. The expected weekly commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe video content spoken in Albanian, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Precisely mark timestamps corresponding to dialogues and scene transitions.
- Interpret and document emotional nuances and intent behind speakers' words, highlighting shifts in mood.
- Perform detailed examination of grammar, syntax, and tone to maintain language accuracy.
- Clarify meanings of terms and idiomatic phrases based on contextual usage.
- Work closely with the client’s team to provide valuable linguistic insights and recommend improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Albanian and English languages.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication aptitudes with attention to linguistic detail.
- Proven background in transcription, translation, or related language analysis work.
