• Develop and nurture strong connections with customers, real estate agents, and brokers to grow networks and enhance business opportunities.
• Focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals by providing exceptional service and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
• A motivated self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A genuine passion for assisting others in achieving their financial objectives.
• Experience in business development is desirable.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms and tools.
• Previous experience in the finance or banking sectors, particularly in lending, is preferred.
