Home Health Companion - Weekly Paid Part-Time Position

About the Role

We seek compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants to work directly with our Recipients, providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes. This role focuses on encouraging, supporting, and aiding clients in developing skills and achieving personal growth both in-home and through community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 support and care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate community involvement to help clients achieve personal goals beyond home environments.

Requirements

• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and reliability in caregiving duties.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and adhere strictly to care plans.
• Comfortable assisting individuals with a range of abilities and needs.
• Have dependable transportation to commute to and from client assignments.
• Pass necessary background checks and screenings as part of employment compliance.
• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
