Role Overview
The Healthcare Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for healthcare sector clients, managing functions such as candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for both clinical and non-clinical vacancies. This role requires daily interaction with candidates via multiple channels, maintaining a pipeline of talent, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Close collaboration with clients is essential to grasp their workforce requirements, provide labor market insights, and tailor recruitment strategies to client projects.
Key Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and selection for healthcare roles.
- Engage regularly with candidates through diverse communication channels to build and sustain candidate pools.
- Coordinate offers and maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates.
- Update and maintain recruitment tracking systems and handle necessary documentation efficiently.
- Contribute to refining staffing processes to improve recruitment outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in healthcare recruitment and staffing, demonstrating success in placing healthcare professionals.
- Strong skills in hiring processes encompassing screening, interviewing, and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients and candidates, ensuring timely and transparent updates.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple job requisitions concurrently.
- Relevant experience in either agency or corporate healthcare recruitment environments is highly preferred.
- Understanding of local and regional healthcare employment markets and recruitment norms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
