Position Overview

This Recruiter role within PNC's Human Resources department will be based in Pennsylvania or Michigan, with potential eligibility for remote work from approved locations. Any approved remote work must be conducted in a quiet, secure, and confidential home environment. Occasional office attendance may be necessary depending on business demands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers primarily for high-volume, entry-level, or low-complexity positions.
  • Accurately manage recruiting data throughout the hiring stages such as assessment, interviewing, and offer presentation.
  • Communicate clearly and precisely with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Offer basic hiring process guidance to business partners and candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and align staffing needs with organizational goals.
  • Utilize standard talent acquisition tools like ATS and CRM systems to support recruitment activities.

  • Customer Focused: Understand and apply customer value-driven practices to tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage business risks following PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree with less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, or military experience may also be considered.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate experience management, sourcing, and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge in human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce planning, diversity recruiting, employee selection, influencing, interviewing, partnering for client success, and workforce analytics.

Education

Bachelor's degree required.
