Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad to work onsite. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing IT professionals for various clients and partners within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, and JobDiva to find suitable IT candidates.
• Screen applicants considering their technical abilities, visa types, communication skills, and client specifications.
• Present qualified candidates to direct clients, Managed Service Providers (MSP), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and prime vendors.
• Arrange and follow up on interviews, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and clients while overseeing the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) regularly.
• Establish and nurture relationships with consultants and hiring managers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Comprehensive understanding of US visa categories, including H1B, Green Card, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, and TN.
• Familiarity working with direct clients as well as MSP/VMS and implementation partners.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and ATS tools like JobDiva and Ceipal.
• Strong communication abilities and negotiation skills.
• Capability to perform well in a target-oriented setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring modalities.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
