Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-provider positions across Praxis Health, Interpath Laboratory, and Adaugeo, including roles in clinical support, laboratory functions (MLS/MLT, Histology, Cytology), and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp role requirements and deliver well-qualified candidate slates.

- Represent the organizations at conferences, job fairs, and team meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to aid reporting and process improvements.
- Flexibly shift between roles, companies, and priorities, supporting team members as needed within a dynamic, lean environment.
- Assist with provider recruiting efforts on an as-needed basis aligned with business demands.
- Utilize AI tools and ATS functionalities to enhance recruiting efficiency, spanning sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and reporting.
Candidate Qualifications

- At least one year of healthcare recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with confidence to engage passive candidates and conduct presentations.
- Strong organizational abilities with capability to juggle multiple roles and priorities effectively.
- Proven independent working skills within a collaborative team setting, showing adaptability as priorities and responsibilities shift.
- High proficiency with applicant tracking systems (notably Greenhouse) and AI tools utilized for recruiting process optimization.
- Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and general employment legislation related to hiring.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
