About the Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team, working remotely during night shifts targeting the US and Canadian markets. This role demands expertise in outbound calling and managing the full recruitment cycle for healthcare positions within the US healthcare sector. Immediate joining candidates with 3 months to 5 years of experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply, particularly those with a strong foundation in healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles.
- Prepare and post job advertisements targeting suitable candidates.
- Screen applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the healthcare domain to align recruitment efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree; however, equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable experience in US healthcare recruitment is essential.
- Experience from 3 months up to 5 years in recruitment roles.
- Strong skills in outbound calling and candidate engagement, especially during night shifts.
