Position Overview
We are seeking experienced IT Recruiters for roles including Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Hiring. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a consultancy background.
- Expertise in recruiting for niche IT skills such as SAP modules, Oracle, Cloud technologies, ERP, Java, Full Stack development, C++, .NET, and DevOps.
- Experience in Contract to Hire (C2H) recruitment is essential.
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, job posting, mass mailing, utilizing job portals, and managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Candidates must have their own laptop and reliable WiFi connection.
- Proven track record of closing positions in both C2H and permanent hiring domains.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary package includes base pay plus incentives and mobile reimbursement. Final compensation and job title will be determined based on experience and performance in the second round of interviews.
