About the Role

Best Infosystems Limited invites a seasoned professional to assume full responsibility as the Digital Marketing Profit Center Head at their Kanpur office, steering the growth of their digital marketing division as a standalone profit center.

This pivotal leadership role involves complete ownership of all financial and operational aspects of the digital marketing vertical, including revenue generation, profitability, and team management, while also ensuring exceptional client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Profit & Loss statement encompassing revenue, costs, margins, and overall profitability for the digital marketing business unit.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for both short-term gains and long-term expansion of the digital marketing profit center.
• Develop efficient operating models, pricing approaches, and service frameworks to enhance profitability and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end client acquisition process across Indian and international markets, establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers including Founders, CXOs, and marketing heads.
• Drive sales pipelines, prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and secure contract closures to meet revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Supervise the execution of digital marketing campaigns involving SEO, PPC, performance marketing, social media marketing, branding, content creation, UI/UX design, and web development.
• Guarantee high-quality campaign delivery, client satisfaction, measurable ROI, and adherence to defined KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance through analytics and reporting, initiating optimization where required.
• Recruit, train, and lead an effective in-office team comprising SEO specialists, performance marketers, content creators, designers, social media managers, and client service personnel.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous learning to maximize productivity.
• Plan and manage team capacity and productivity to support business growth.

Candidate Profile and Required Expertise

• Between 5 to 20 years of leadership experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing operations with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability in client acquisition, account expansion, and profitability enhancement.
• Experience serving diverse sectors such as IT, healthcare, e-commerce, BFSI, retail, hospitality, educational technology, and startups is essential.
• Familiarity with managing clients in Indian and international markets including the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Europe is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads/PPC, performance marketing, social media, content strategy, branding, UI/UX design, and website development.
• Strong command over digital marketing tools, platforms, analytics, and automation techniques.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership qualities, and business acumen, with a proven ability to build and scale profitable digital teams in an office environment.

• Employment Status: Full-Time, work from office.
• Compensation Range: INR 30,000 to 60,000 monthly.
