Job description
Role Overview
This position sits within the Medical Informatics Office, the team responsible for overseeing clinical IT platforms, including the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. The role supports the governance, upkeep, and improvement of EMR-related processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
You will work with clinicians and technology partners to develop, sustain, and improve the EMR environment. The job also involves ensuring that policies and procedures for the EMR are kept current and remain consistent with cluster-level and national standards and guidance.
In addition, you will assist in coordinating day-to-day activities, collaborate with users to keep work on track toward key milestones, and contribute to administrative and audit-related work connected to the EMR system.
Requirements
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in any field. Prior exposure to clinical information systems, IT project management, or work in a healthcare setting will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal ability, along with clear verbal and written communication skills, is important. You should also be self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently.
Additional Information
This is a 2-year contract role with onsite work in Singapore.
